Shipping & Delivery Policy

Greenline Turf & Tractor offers free freight shipping on every order within the continental United States, on all machines and attachments we sell. We want your buying experience to be as straightforward as the equipment itself.

Delivery area

We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories is not available through checkout; please contact us for a custom quote.

Delivery timeframe

Orders are delivered by freight carrier, typically within 7–14 business days after order confirmation. Every unit leaves our shop assembled, inspected, and ready to work. You will receive tracking information as soon as the shipment is booked.

Delivery requirements

Because our products ship on a pallet via freight, the delivery address must be accessible to a large truck. A valid street address is required; we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment, and an adult signature is required at delivery.

Dealer pickup

Prefer to pick up your order? Contact us after checkout to arrange pickup at our dealership location. We will have your equipment ready with a full walkthrough before you leave.

Inspection at delivery

We strongly recommend inspecting the equipment and packaging for visible damage before signing the delivery receipt. Any damage should be noted on the carrier’s paperwork and reported to us immediately.
